Definitions: Common Area -
All streets, within the HOA, and all grassy areas outside of the Lot Owner's fences.

Article IV (4) - Property Rights - Section 4 - Parking Rights.
Every Owner shall (i) be entitled to use not more than two automobile parking spaces, which shall be as near and convenient to the Owner's Townhouse as possible, and (ii) have the right of ingress and egress in and upon the parking area.

Article IX (9) - Restrictions - Section 4 - Paragraph (c)

No vehicles in excess of 6,000 pounds gross vehicular weight shall be permitted in the Common Areas or on Lots.  No boats, trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles shall be permitted in the Common Areas or on Lots. This covenant shall not apply to repair vehicles and vehicles and equipment used in the construction or maintenance of the Properties.
* Note: Until the HOA can obtain enough money (i.e. pay your dues) to fix the Storm Water System, which runs under the streets, parking is limited. If you have more than 2 vehicles; Ask a neighbor (who only has 1 vehicle) if you can use their empty space. Please keep our narrow roads clear and remember; If, someone runs into your illegally parked car, it's your fault. Plus, illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
 

Article IX (9) - Restrictions - Section 4 - Paragraph (a) - sub-paragraph (v)
Any and all firewood, outbuildings, sheds, garbage containers, gas or charcoal grills and any items such a temporary nature, must be kept entirely within the fenced area in the rear of the Lots...
* Note: The front of your house is your mailing address. Unless you live on Combs Drive, your trash can (on pick-up days) is to be placed in front of your house. And, on non-pick-up days placed inside your rear fence out-of-view of the world (or prying eyes). *

Article IX (9) - Restrictions - Section 4 - Paragraph (a) - sub-paragraph (vii)
All fences located on any Lot shall be kept free and clear of debris.  No objects of any kind shall be mounted or draped on any fence on any lot.
i.e. SATELLITE DISHES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE MOUNTED ON ANY FENCE.

Layman's Translation
If it is not in the Covenants, the POAA is the Law, however, if it is in the HOA Covenants
then the provided Covenant is the Law.
