Trash Can Violations
Q: Why am I being fined?
A: Trash cans are to be placed in front of the house on pick up days.
And, stored out of view on non-pick up days. |

Results from: Special HOA Membership Meeting on 15 November 2011
The meeting was convened to explain the need for infrastructure repairs,
review the HOA's financial situation, and vote on options to start
building up a financial reserve to pay for the needed repairs. The
estimate for these repairs ranges from $476,000 to $612,000. The most
critical item is the need to replace the Storm Water Drainage System,
and the estimate for this item alone is $210,000 to $270,000. This
system is crumbling and it is causing sink holes, curb and sidewalk
damage. This system is the responsibility of the HOA, not King George
County. The increase of $1000 in the general assessment per unit per
year for 2012 and 2013 will be entirely allocated to building up a
reserve to address the infrastructure repairs. Failure to address these
issues will result in further damage and the potential for property
values dropping.
